✅ Returns Accepted – But Only Under These Conditions:
- You MUST request a return within 2 days of receiving your order. No exceptions.
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in re-sellable condition.
- An unboxing video is REQUIRED as proof in case of damage or issues. No video = no return.
🚫 No Refunds on Customized Orders – ZERO Exceptions
Made-to-order? Personalized? Custom size or style?
Those are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund.
Why? Because they’re made just for you – and we can’t resell them.
📦 Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong item – you cover return shipping.
- If we sent the wrong or damaged item (with proof) – we’ll cover it.
💳 When Will I Get My Refund?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
