Delivery Areas
- We currently offer shipping services across India only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 1 to 3 business days after dispatch (Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, and Chennai)
- Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery timelines are approximate and may be affected by external factors such as weather, courier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen events.
Shipping Charges
- Free standard shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
- A flat shipping fee may apply on orders below ₹499. This will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.
- It is your responsibility to monitor the tracking information and ensure availability at the time of delivery.
Important Shipping Terms
- LUXZEN is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address and contact number.
- In case of damaged packaging upon delivery, record a video and notify us immediately. Claims made without video evidence will not be accepted.
